PTP are visited by Street Tree Champion PAul Wood!

We were so delighted this week, to be joined by the amazing street tree hero Paul Wood for one of our evening talks at Cafe Momus.

Loads of tree loving Janners turned out to hear Paul's fascinating talk about some of the most remarkable trees in the UK and of course, some of his favourites from Plymouth and the surrounding area.

His new book Tree Hunting: 1,000 Trees to Find in Britain and Ireland's Towns and Cities is a fantastic record of interesting and incredible trees and was a labour of love which saw him travel 30,000 miles, the length and breadth of the country. Do check it out!

While in town, we wandered over to the Hoe to see tree number 785 - the Wedding Cake Cypress!
