Trees replaced in Freedom Fields Park

A small group of PTP volunteers joined the Freedom Fields Park Friends of Group yesterday to replace 3 failed trees in the park. 

Undeterred by the really horrible weather it was great to see the trees reinstated after 2 were lost because they were ring barked by a dog and one blew over in a recent storm.

Funds for the 2 Horse chestnuts were kindly donated by the 3 Sutton and Mount Gould ward councillors - Sue Dann, Mary Aspinall and Chris Cudihee and Sue even braved the weather to stop by and say hello.
