Last week’s wet weather didn’t stop the volunteer Tree Wardens getting stuck in at Radford Arboretum.
8 Plymouth Tree People volunteers made it along to help the lovely Friends of Radford Woods folk, for some long overdue work on the young trees there. Tree guards needed removing, many of which were covered in brambles, suckers and long grass, as well as rotten posts – all of which were removed from the park by the volunteers.
This session will make a big difference to the park but there’s still lots to do.
