For two of our recent projects, local residents requested information boards to accompany the planting schemes, and luckily, the Trees for Climate funding via the Plymouth and South Devon Community Forest is able to accommodate extras such as these.
For Radford Park and Arboretum, a new park map was designed by us with a QR code which goes to a dedicated Radford Park page on our website. This has now been installed with the help of our trusty handyman, Rupert, opposite The Lodge at the north east end of the park.
For Pasley Street Pocket Park, Stoke in Bloom designed 3 fantastic information boards to tell people all about the history of the road and the new plants and trees which have recently been planted.
A big thank you to Rupert, Mark, Aaron and Kenny, who helped install all 4 new signs and Kirsty, who designed the Pasley Street ones. We think they all look great! Also, thank you to Mark for putting together the new Radford webpage with the help of Jenny Floyd and Graham Titchmarsh.
