Over 40 trees planted by volunteers!

Over 30 volunteers braved a wet and windy day on Friday to help PTP with our most ambitious planting day ever! 

Along with a small team from Glendale, a dozen Tree Wardens and other local volunteers planted over 40 trees on Wingfield Road and Maker View in Stoke.

What an incredible effort, and all done in just over 3 hours! A massive thank you to everyone who came along to help.

The trees were planted in addition to the 9 we planted in November which means in total there are 51 new trees around the flats for residents to enjoy. Next month we will be installing 2 new picnic benches.

Thanks to all our wonderful volunteer Tree Wardens, everyone else who came along too!

Thanks also to the Glendale team, who were fantastic, the folk from Millers Cleaning Specialists and Mark from PCC and his team who delivered us an amazing mulch mountain, which was a huge help.
